Hello Beautiful Souls,
I am hoping each of you is doing well. Always know you're appreciated, loved, and thought of. Life gets busy but I try to share a post when I am inspired because I take it seriously and find that there are some of you that need the reassurance or comfort. I have always been spiritually intuned with my gifts and my personal heart full of love, compassion, empathy and so much more.
In a world that often rushes by at breakneck speed, it's easy to forget that taking care of our mental health is just as crucial as tending to our physical well-being. Mental health is an integral part of our overall health, and it deserves our attention, understanding, and support.
I made the picture (above ) with one of my art pieces years ago. I find inspiration and clarity when I use my talents for good.
Here is something I like to share with you that had a profound effect on me for one of my classes... I hope it helps you in some way...
Just finished 'Girl, Interrupted' by Susanna Kaysen for a class assignment. This book took me on a journey through the author's experiences in a 1960s mental institution. It's a powerful story that explores mental health, the fine line between 'normal' and 'mentally ill,' and the need for empathy.
As someone who's faced my own mental health challenges, I resonated with Susanna's candid account. Her book challenges the stigma around mental health and emphasizes the importance of understanding and support.
One quote that stuck with me: "'Don’t ask me those questions! Don’t ask me what life means or how we know reality or why we have to suffer so much. Don’t talk about how nothing feels real, how everything is coated with gelatin and shining like oil in the sun...' - Susanna Kaysen, 'Girl, Interrupted,' Page 116."
This quote vividly captures the overwhelming thoughts some people with mental health issues experience. They want to avoid hard questions and distressing thoughts. It's a reminder of the need for understanding and support for those going through such intense experiences.
Let's break the stigma and offer help to those on their own mental health journeys.
Mental health challenges can affect anyone. One of the most powerful tools in facing these challenges is the support of friends, family, or mental health professionals. Knowing that someone cares and understands can make all the difference. So, reach out, lean on your support network, and remember, you're not alone on this journey.
Strength doesn't always manifest as a bulging bicep or an unyielding will. Mental strength, often unseen by the world, is just as remarkable. Mental strength is a testament to your resilience and your capacity to overcome adversity.
Resilience is the cornerstone of mental health. It's the ability to bounce back from life's setbacks, to adapt to change, and to grow through adversity. In a world that can often feel overwhelming, remember that your mental health matters. It's a vital part of your well-being, and taking care of it is a sign of strength, not weakness.
You are loved and are important NOT ASHAMED OF WHO YOU ARE.
Keep shining. Be inspired.

Hey Beautiful Souls 💜💜
It's September 💜 Tarl and I are enjoying unpacking and putting our beautiful home together here in Southern Utah.
As well as I am working on my last 2 semesters and will graduate in Spring 2024 . I am currently doing 4 classes online and am so grateful for all the love and support everywhere.
Tarl is busy with work and creative projects . We're definitely blessed and enjoying this chapter in our lives.
No matter what you're facing, there is always an uphill in life.
We're all on this earth together, and we're facing circumstances together.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
May we continue to grow closer than apart. In whatever way you can. We're gifted, and we have the time to focus on how to better ourselves and uplift others.
💜💜💜💜💜💜
Find the time. Experience the Joys. Lean on each other near and far. Share your talents . There's always a way to become better. You just have to realize and see what matters more..
💜

Hey Beautiful souls :) Tarl and I are moved into our new place this weekend. We're so very thankful to each and every one of you for your love, prayers, support, help, meals, etc.
We celebrated our 3-year wedding anniversary this month * Eternity to go ;) and so excited, feel like newlyweds again. Starting from scratch to get all the things for our home. EXCITING. Utah is amazing and always had a place in my heart. We're in Southern Utah and even though it's hot, it's a dry heat from all the deserts but all the mountains and beautiful scenery that circles around us is INCREDIBLE. We're so blessed and loved.
We love the people here too. Our church family, our own family and friends, and neighbors, etc... I personally have never found a better place for my health, and life than here. Tarl and I are so incredibly happy and blessed.
As we get settled in I will post when I can, As you know Tarl works from home and is very busy with work and his creative projects and books. I am doing my last 2 semesters online for my Family Science degree and working with all my specialists for my health. Along with working on the Jackie Inspires Blog and Shop.. Which has been an amazing dream of mine * Those who are new can catch up with all our blog posts from the beginning.
So, It's going to be busy especially since we just moved in but you know it's such a BEAUTIFUL BLESSING. Each day has its own trials and challenges but always looking at the blessings in all circumstances. Yes, it's stressful and my body lets me know to hahha but I am so blessed to have the energy I have now and keeping food down and so much more.
Tarl and I are so strong in our testimonies of Christ. We were just talking about how angels carried us 1400 miles in 4 days during the middle of May 2023 when I was very sick and had to stop school. We're near family and friends. We have been given so many blessings and know that it is because of our faith in our savior Jesus Christ. That no matter how hard the trials may be from financial, spiritual, emotional or physical, HE LIVES> Angels on both sides of the veil surround each of us and blesses us.
Why we love blessing others in any way we can. No matter how we struggle we can always bless someone else in so many different ways. I am truly truly happy. We love this stage of our life and starting fresh with picking out dishes to furniture etc. We know that everything will come together, just as our love did 3 years ago. Just as jobs, health, finances, life, growth in our savior and so much more.
Enjoy this week. Enjoy each day. Brighten someone's day even if you're having such a bad day. Don't give up hope. Learn and grow and build your talents and passions because that is what can help you build strength to overcome. GOD IS GOOD.
Happy Move-In Weekend to us <3 God bless you all. It will be a busy time but life still goes on and we're so happy for all the memories being made.
Lots of love. Talk soon :) Remember YOU'RE ENOUGH. YOU'RE CAPABLE. YOU MATTER. BE VULNERABLE. LET YOURSELF FEEL. PRAY. CRY. ASK FOR HELP. YOU'VE BEEN THROUGH HARDER. DON'T OVERLOOK YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES. WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH MATTERS. LEARN TO LIVE AND SEE THE BLESSINGS IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, NO MATTER HOW HARD IT GETS.
I promise you that all things will come together but it's in GOD's TIME. He knows your heart. Please believe and don't give up. Surround yourself with those that support and love you.
Keep shining ~ Be Inspired ~
