My health journey continues and will be for the rest of my life.( Until God says otherwise).
I know my strengths & my weaknesses. My strengths are always enduring and enduring it well. More than ever these last few months I've been more vulnerable and loving to myself.
My body hurts from top to bottom. Muscles, nerves, and bones. Even my skin has flare ups where the smallest touch or against my clothes hurts . I can't describe the feeling, it's horrible.
Yet, I let my feelings out and in a constructive way whether by service, prayer, crying, writing, singing, art, talking with Tarl, support groups, close family or friends. This is me . All of me.
I continue to finish my spring semester of 5 classes. 4 weeks left. I have an amazing team even if I'm online and out of state, I am supported. Not only your donations help medically/financial burdens but help towards my final semester. Ty💜🙏 My final semester at UVU is Summer which starts May 10th, through August 2023. I am optimistic and hold to my faith, but each day is a different rollercoaster for my physical, emotional and spiritual journey.
Tarl and I appreciate you and your love. Your donations in various ways has helped us so much for my care and lifting our burdens. Grateful he can work from home. Grateful I can do School from home and be together.
It's a new month. April. A beautiful reminder of Our Savior and his redeeming love, sacrifice, support, guidance and above all his ultimate goal to gather all of his brothers and sisters back home to our Heavenly Parents.
I have many more appointments this week and ahead with adjusting medicines, tests, labs and whatever else comes about. It's a constant work in progress and hard work. So, I just ask that in your own life to recheck your mind, body and soul and find ways to improve, because it's so crucial in life . 💜 we're all a work in progress.
I know and testify of the truth and unconditional love that our Savior Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Parents love each and everyone of us. In all our good, bad, and ugly circumstances. In all our mistakes. They love us so much that i can't put into words because the love only intensifies.
The constant reminders, small voices, changes,miracles, through angels, and all other ways to get each of us back on board and communicate with them. I know for myself and with Tarl that I have this inspiring and beautiful light within me to touch the hearts of others. Especially ones in darkness.
I see and feel the light of christ. I am intuned with the spirit. I am grateful for the freedom of prayer. Countless times Especially in the last few days I've prayed and continously with all my heart, might, and tears to be lifted up and gain more strength . This is such a hard battle with some serious issues and unknowns. Yet, I know that both Tarl and I are carried through from our Savior, Heavenly Parents, angels and most of all the love of our family, friends, and those around the world. Ty 💜🙌
I love you all so very much. I love others. I observe. I feel. I have compassion, empathy, sympathy and respect. I know that we all can uplift, love, listen and support each other in all circumstances. We just need to be willing and soften hearts, love more, listen and not assume and most of all have empathy.

Hello beautiful souls 💜 Thought I'd share a spiritual thought of mine that I had in the past and still resonates with me .
As I was noticing the beauty this morning, I started thinking alot of the atonement.
It's like trees,, we as humans have challenges and each season of challenges we shed the outer part and bring the inner beauty outward.
Leaves and branches fall off trees and later, new season they blossom again. Renewed. Refreshed.
I think of this as the Savior's Atonement. I, personally have broken my own personal "limbs" , healed my "trunk" which is the heart and shed my leaves and branches. The Savior is always there. He knows each one of us. He has suffered the pain, emotions, challenges and more. I'm grateful through my covenants I can continue to be renewed, cleansed, healed, and know that in all changes, I am a beautiful daughter of God. Just as each of us is Beautiful and special sons and daughters of God.
May we all try to respect each other and our beliefs, opinions, ideas and most of all a beautiful person with so much to offer. We don't have to agree or disagree on everything, but we're all in this together, it's called Life. 😉 So why not enjoy it while you can and learn and grow . Just a thought.
