My Graduation Day- A.S. Degree

Today is a big day for me—I graduated at 40! My college path started in 2017 at BYU-Pathway, and I moved to UVU to earn an Associate of Science in Humanities and Social Sciences. It wasn't easy, especially with health problems and the stress of moving and school.

In January, I was close to finishing my Bachelor's degree in Family Science but decided to take a break and accept my Associate degree. This choice was about taking care of myself after pushing through a lot.

I will go back and finish what I started and receive my Bachelor's Degree in Family Science when the time is right for me. I just got overwhelmed with my health issues, moving, school debt, and burned out. I look forward to the day when I achieve this long-time goal, until then I CELEBRATE ME IN WHAT I DID ACHIEVE~ WAHOOOOO~

Here's to getting through, learning, and enjoying life. Happy Graduation Day to me! Keep dreaming, no matter how old you are, and keep your eyes on what's next.

DO YOU~ KEEP YOUR GOALS AND PASSIONS ALIVE.

If I could give you any advice or reassurance in your own life it is to experience life day by day, goal by goal, passion by passion and truly accept who you are and your journey. It's easy to focus on family, friends, and others in their achievements, but realize we each shine in our own time. Value yourself. Doors and opportunities open but you have to have the courage, faith, discipline, and desire to want to go through it even when the outcome may not be what you envisioned it is still a beautiful outcome that you should be so proud of yourself for doing~

Lots of love... GO CELEBRATE YOU IN WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING. YOU'RE AMAZING..

Keep Shining~Be Inspired~
