No matter the struggles you face, you're not forgotten. There may be times when you feel that family or friends don't care, try to not think that. They do. Some may not be as strong as you. Some may not understand the pain you go through. There may be some that are actually going through things silently. Some being uplifted from your strength, and your emotions you share.

Don't you ever give up on yourself. My heart has shattered in many pieces from various things over the years. Some experiences that I've been through and never got to heal from. But I personally promise you, when you can let yourself feel, it's so much better.

Do all you desire in your passions, like for me singing, writing, art , photography and more makes things so much easier. And for me, helping and doing service whether physical, emotional or spiritual is truly healing. You and your trials are so very important as well. Let others in.(I'm trying daily)
