Hello Beautiful Souls 😍
I would like to share some thoughts with you . I hope you know how amazing and important you are 💜
Life is a series of choices and challenges, each shaping us in profound ways. As we journey through these experiences, we learn the importance of forgiveness and acceptance—not just of others, but of ourselves.
Many years ago, I faced decisions that led to significant changes in my life. These moments came with their share of pain and heartbreak, feelings of isolation, and times when only faith seemed to offer a guiding light. However, these experiences have been crucial in teaching me the power of resilience and the importance of looking inward for peace and closure.
Over time, I've learned to shift my focus from lingering on past hurts to understanding and embracing the lessons they offer. The process of healing isn't about denying the pain or the past but about learning to live with it constructively. It's about transforming our wounds into wisdom and finding strength in our vulnerabilities.
Society often has its own narrative about our lives, making assumptions and judgments without full understanding. It's vital to remember that our self-worth and truth aren't defined by these external perceptions.
True acceptance comes from within and involves embracing all facets of our lives—the good and the painful. In my faith, I've found a profound example of unconditional love and judgment free of bias.
Believing in Christ's presence on my toughest days has given me strength and comfort, affirming that I am never truly alone. This spiritual support has encouraged me to forgive, not only others but also myself, which has been essential in my journey towards self-acceptance.
Today, I focus on celebrating the present and embracing the future's potential. I am thankful for every experience as each has contributed to the depth of my character and the breadth of my understanding.By sharing our stories, we connect on a human level, recognizing our shared struggles and collective strength.
This isn't about seeking approval but about offering and finding solace in shared human experiences. Each narrative has the power to inspire, heal, and encourage others.
As we navigate our paths, let us choose with courage, forgive with depth, and love with all our hearts. It's in these choices that we find true freedom and fulfillment. Remember, the journey is as important as the destination and every step, a lesson in becoming who we are meant to be.
To all who are finding their way: know that your story matters, your challenges are valid, and your victories are worth celebrating. Embrace your journey with an open heart and a brave spirit.

Hello Beautiful Souls ~
Hope you and your family are doing well. You're amazing ~
I just wanted to share some real-life thoughts and inspiration. Buckle up, because this isn’t your average gratitude story—it's a rollercoaster of love, family, and learning to laugh at life's quirks.
So, I gotta tell you about my amazing hubby, Tarl. We're not just ride-or-die partners; we're best buds. Picture this: two goofballs lovingly pushing each other's buttons while jamming to music, scribbling on canvases, building random stuff from scratch, and strolling through sunrises and sunsets. Oh, and our home? It's like a sanctuary of love with a sprinkle of Jesus vibes.
Let's talk family. I'm from a massive squad of 13, while Tarl's the OG among 9 siblings. Yep, chaotic but oh-so-beautiful. We're all about those family gatherings, sharing tales that make you laugh till you snort, and watching our nieces and nephews grow—seriously, they're popping out their own families now! It's a beautiful mess of love and nostalgia.
In sickness and in health, our families have been our rock stars, teaching us that life isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, but it's definitely worth dancing in the rain for. We’ve learned to talk it out, shrug off grudges, forgive faster than a microwave cooks popcorn, and cherish the wild, messy, and utterly perfect moments.
Life's this wild mix of planning for the future and embracing the now. We’ve learned to love our flaws, hustle through tough times, and find strength in our vulnerabilities. 'Cause, you know, even superheroes have their off days.
This isn’t just a once-a-year gratitude fest—it’s a daily dose of thankfulness, even when life’s pulling a prank on us. Our memories with family and friends? They're like treasure chests filled with gold—irreplaceable.
Life's unpredictability is a reminder that change and transformation don't always require colossal trials. They can stem from the purity of a kind heart, from reaching out to family and reconnecting with those we've loved from years past, from forgiving, and from extending a helping hand to those in need.
It's the faith, hope, and love in all circumstances that have bestowed upon us the greatest happiness and peace since Tarl and I met and fell in love three years ago. Our memories with our siblings, parents, family, and friends are the treasures we hold dear. The longing for everyday togetherness is palpable, yet we've come to understand that no matter where each of us resides, our family bond remains unbroken, forever nurturing, and infinitely important. Emotions come, and it's important to talk to those you love about anything. Wisdom, resilience, holding no grudges, forgiveness, cherishing what is important, and living life just for the day is key. Plan for the future, but relish the moment for the day.
Work on talents, continue education, grow in struggles, and defeat the anger from horrible trials and challenges. Love yourself, practice self-care, find strength, understand weaknesses, and know you're not alone; there are many around the world. Strength amid the horrible times, letting yourself be vulnerable, owning your feelings, acknowledging the hurt, taking time, and knowing that God and our Savior created all of us because they don't make junk.
You are of value and importance, no matter how big or small your desires, dreams, prayers, or wishes. Your feelings matter, and your hopes and dreams matter. Life can get lonely, and unfair, and present various challenges physically, emotionally, spiritually, or financially. It may seem unbearable but don't give up. Seek help with resources around you; don't be ashamed to ask for help. Look to God or those you believe in; reach out to family, friends, communities, and neighbors—countless resources are available worldwide.
Choose good over evil. Have faith rather than fear. God is with us all, guiding us through the maze of life. I anticipate eternity with my true love and wonderfully creative husband, Tarl. I yearn for the day when all of us will be together for eternity. But until then, let's weave a tapestry of memories, embracing every moment, breathing in the beauty of life, accepting both judgment and reality and finding solace in creating our happiness and safe space.
You're loved. Thanks for your support and ongoing love. May you continue to embrace what life has and conquer it all. Stay safe. Keep smiling and laughing.
Keep shining. Stay inspired. ~ Jackie inspires ~

"You're Not Alone "by Jackie Telford 2022
Newest wood art piece. One challenge I completed.
I've always been real on my Feelings. Usually I Express in an artistic way or words. I'm coming close to 4 weeks left of fall semester. I then just have 2 semesters left till graduation. Been a long journey.
The thing is I've always kept going in anything and did my best and even when things or people literally wanted to be rid of me. When adversary tries or thinks he has won. I come back even stronger.
You see I love my life and my amazing journey with Tarl . I am grateful in all circumstances. But sometimes things get so overwhelming and challenging 😪 like school and big project coming up. Also the many specialists I see, off meds for diabetes then try this , off 2 insulin then back on with mix.
My rheumatoid arthritis and Oestoarthritis with horrible flareups especially weather changes it hurts. I'm 39 and I have had over 12 surgeries, tons of procedures, tests, medicines, and other challenges. I hurt . I cry. I push to get out of bed at times. It comes and goes. There's no exaggerating. It's exhausting.
Tarl sees its and I love he can hug and pray for me or bless me. I am safe with him. And it helps me know how blessed I am despite my trials. I have my special person.
But he can't take away my pain, my challenges or overwhelming situations in school or life. He is there. Just as our Savior. I pray for angels just as he was in Gethsemane being strengthened. We're not alone.
Lyrics I've written 🎶🎶🎶
I just ask that we show each of our family members near and far or those friends or family we haven't spoken to , show more compassion and love. More communication and empathy. Even those in community, church, neighbors, strangers around the world.
Not just when disasters or trauma or holidays. Everyone hurts. Everyone sins. Everyone has needs and challenges. Just love not judge. Please. Please look after yourselves, family and love ones. Because we all need that light within us to shine and definitely the saviors love which comes from all . Especially when you've had enough and feel helpless.
Share goodness. Mourn with others. Love one another. Help one another. Treat one another . Forgive one another. Care for one another.
Be there for each other. Near or far. Surprise. Text. Vist. Gift. Love. Hug. Pray. Each day . Show support and let others know you're there and they are important. ( Not just holidays)
I could use prayers of strength too. 💜
